Naty (formerly Eco by Naty) BioEmbrace Diapers
Quick verdict
BioEmbrace has useful construction disclosures, but older Naty tests cannot establish its results.
Check the package version: the research does not yet confirm an exact match to every current product. See version details.
Current BioEmbrace differs from historical Eco by Naty; historical test evidence cannot be silently carried forward. See the full research below.

- Caution
- Recently switched its pulp from TCF to ECF — the specific reason this sits in caution rather than verified.
- The predecessor Eco by Naty line tested non-detect for organic fluorine; that result hasn’t been independently confirmed for the current BioEmbrace formulation.
- Good
- Current BioEmbrace construction materials are disclosed at a useful component level.

Swedish brand, OEKO-TEX certified, plant-based topsheet, fragrance- and lotion-free, and the least expensive of the genuinely clean picks in this category. The predecessor Eco by Naty line tested non-detect for organic fluorine (a PFAS marker); that result hasn't been independently confirmed for the current BioEmbrace formulation. Recently switched its pulp from TCF to ECF, which is the specific reason it sits in caution rather than verified — the chemistry is otherwise clean, but the switch is a real step down under our standard, not a marketing nitpick.

Materials & ingredients
| Material or ingredient | What it is | Concern level | Why it's flagged here |
|---|---|---|---|
| Elemental chlorine-free pulp | Most disposable diapers use a wood-pulp fluff core for absorbency, and that pulp has to be bleached bright white during manufacturing. | Depends on context | Recently switched its pulp from TCF to ECF — a real, disclosed step down under our standard that keeps this in caution rather than verified, even though the rest of the chemistry is clean. |

Final verdict against our diapers standard
Caution Published as Caution under the published standard for diapers, based on the specific, dated findings above. That standard was written before this or any other product on the page was evaluated, and doesn't change to fit a favorite — see the full site-wide standard for how every category is held to the same process.
